Very good hotel, simple decoration, modern facilities, large room, many TV channels, and excellent location. The soundproofing is just average. Fortunately, the neighbors go to bed after midnight.

The restaurant Chez Ami on the first floor of the hotel is very good.

Rude manager. Bidet didn't work, they knew when they put us in the room, and when we asked they said there was nothing they could do. W Paying almost $400, everything in the room should work.

What a wonderful jewel in downtown Buffalo. The entire building was a fascinating architectural piece. Great room with comfortable bed and amazing bath. There was an indoor/ outdoor pool/ hot tub that was such fun. Everything was elegantly. The staff were friendly and helpful. They made us feel welcome. We had dinner in the restaurant. Great food at reasonable prices. We would definitely come back

The hotel is definitely the nicest in Buffalo in terms of decor and aesthetic. We checked in to great and friendly service who provided us with an upgrade to a suite since it was our first time at the hotel and celebrating an anniversary. The suite was fantastic. Everything was in good condition and modern. The suite had smart systems to control the lights, air con and curtains. We had a view of the hot springs from our room and our bathroom was fitted with a bidet, a jacuzzi tub and a shower that could be turned into a sauna. Overall we were very happy with the suite.
